PMRFs to submit the Progress Report and CV as a single PDF, TAship Certificate, and link for the webpage. Deadline: 24-Apr-2023 to 29-Apr-2023, 6:00pm

Direct Entry Fellows admitted in Cycles 2, 4 & 7 and Lateral Entry Fellows admitted in Cycles 2, 4, 6 & 8 will be reviewed in Dec 2022.
Fellows have to submit the progress report through the portal on or before 25-Nov-2022, 11:59 PM.
PMRFs who are part of this review are notified through email.

Deadline for institutes to nominate direct & lateral entry fellows for admission to Cycle 9 (May 2022 batch)- 16th August 2022.
Deadline for nominated scholars to submit the details of applications in the portal- 29th August 2022.
Procedure for PMRF admission:
1. The PMRF granting institute will nominate the eligible direct & lateral entry Ph.D. scholars.
2. These nominations are verified by the National Coordination Center at IIT Madras.
3. The eligible fellows are sent emails, requesting them to submit applications through the PMRF portal.
4. These applications are sorted broad area-wise and sent for detailed technical review.
5. The decisions are sent by the Nodal subject coordinators which are consolidated by the NCC.
6. The decisions are approved by NCC and sent to the institutes.

Reviews for fellows admitted in Cycle 1 (Direct and Lateral), Cycle 3 (Direct and Lateral), Cycle 5 (Direct and Lateral), Cycle 6 (Direct) and Cycle 7 (Lateral) are scheduled in May/June 2022.
Details about the portal for submission of progress report and CV (Max of 4 pages as a single pdf) is already sent to the registered email ids of these PMRFs.
